How to not get burn-outs from learning how to CODE!

Burning out is a common thing in the Software Development field, especially while learning how to code because of the nature of the field having hard concepts that are not that easy to understand, to make good progress the key element is not Motivation but it's having Self-Discipline. so in this article, I will give you some tips to avoid burn-outs in your learning journey.

  1. Take Your Time, It’s ok not to have all answers. It’s ok to be uncomfortable in a state of uncertainty about what is going to happen next. and it's okay to step back for a moment and pause for a couple of days and focus on other things. otherwise, you will get stuck and won't progress much.

  2. Step Back, When things get too complicated and hard and you start to struggle you should take a step back and as i said in the first step take some time off to clear your mind.

  3. Admit The Status Quo. You have to realizeD and admit to yourself that there is a problem with your learning journey and that you're having some type of struggle that needs to be acknowledged. if you're burned out it's okay and you should accept it and work on it.

  4. DO NEW THINGS, After pausing your journey you should look for something else to kill the emptiness learn how to code left, and empty your mind from all the stress and anxiety. like Reading, Writing, Exercising, Spending some time with people you love like your family or close friends, or simply going outside and spending some time with Nature.

  5. Set New Goals, If you're looking for some Motivation to keep going on your journey may be setting up new goals will help you as it will give you some new challenges to complete make sure to wire your goals down in a clear way with strict deadlines and keep reminding yourself about them.

and by trying your best to follow these tips you may see some change and leave the burnout zone and get back to being productive and making the progress that you were looking for.
